Cal Rolle is a passionate and seasoned client-centric professional with over 10 years of diverse career experience in progressive roles across private, public, government, not-for-profit, and multinational organizations. In his roles, he’s demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to align programs in support of corporate strategy, anticipate organizational needs, make sound autonomous decisions, and demonstrate strong leadership performance. Cal has been a key partner to senior leadership and is responsible for a diverse portfolio rooted in the overall design and execution of the organizational learning, development, and communication strategies.
Cal has a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging and is currently the Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee Chair for Sunwing Travel Group. Additionally, he is a People & Culture Leader, Training & Development Enthusiast, and Organizational Culture Advisor. He is a firm believer in taking strategic risks especially when they are not the conventional approach. With measured risks comes the greatest potential for reward and supporting a purpose-driven client and employee experience.
Cal brings with him a wealth of knowledge that he’s honed and turned into transferable and tangible methodologies for success. There’s more to him than his corporate ventures; he also commits his time to various organizations and social initiatives including the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games, the Toronto International Film Festival, Junior Achievement of Central Ontario, Toronto Pride, White Ribbon Canada, and The Black North Initiative.
Used to wearing many hats Cal has demonstrated his ability to bring a dynamic sensibility and incredible professionalism to all of his project and working relationships. Cal was born and raised in the Bahamas and moved to Canada in 2005 and has called Toronto home since 2010.
