There are many ways to cope with it; for example, writing in a journal to have a sense of relief from anything you’ve been keeping inside. However, journaling requires resources and not everyone can access them, and most people don’t bring their journals everywhere they go. Something everyone does bring everywhere and is compact and necessary for most people, is a phone. Making an app that can turn any device into an application where you can physically write, talk, and record your thoughts and notes is the solution to our problem of inconvenient journaling. Sometimes journaling can take long, you may not have resources, it is not compact, or you don’t always feel motivated to do it; this way you will be able to choose your preferred method of journaling to make it easy and fun. Our idea is meant to benefit anyone in need. Journaling is a great way to escape and process emotions for anyone, and our app allows individuals to do that with added features for more accessibility. Having a place to write everything down after a long day or even just a regular day can help get everything off your chest in a healthy and productive manner. Our idea also allows individuals to access further help and resources when needed in an easy way right within the app, as well as access journals written in the past for reflection.
