We want to design and create a platform in the form of a mobile/desktop application that focuses on your mental wellbeing/health. Mental health affects how we think, how we act, and how we feel. If left untreated, the mental health challenges could become severe enough to impair how we function in society. For these reasons, every once in a while, we need to check up on our mental health as it is vital for our wellbeing. The app aims to improve our users’ contentment on a day-to-day basis/daily basis. By creating this app, we will be removing the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging that it be talked about rather than be a topic of embarrassment. Our other focus is ensuring that the app is the most accessible and inclusive in the market. By tweaking our program, we will assure that all users are able to use our app. Consequently, as therapists are costly and require the patients to have access to transportation, we will be inviting specialists in the field to provide resources through our app. They will talk about ways we can get in touch with ourselves, privately message our users, and provide therapy. This method of therapy will resolve the financial issues that usually come with having access to psychologists. The app promotes self-compassion, motivation, productivity, and creativity. We want to solve our future users’ mental health by releasing the app in the next year. From a user’s point of view, this app is made to look at life better. Make your day-to-day life more enjoyable, productive and always have someone to talk to if you’re feeling down. (keeping in mind that the platform is a judge-free zone)
