Kim Cooper is the President and CEO of Youth Culture Inc. and works to build relationships and partnerships that align with empowering kids and youth, encourage innovation, and support equity, diversity and inclusion. She is a Certified Career Strategist (CCS), the author of the book Girls in Science: Voices for Change and was the former Vice President of Partnerships at FIRST Robotics Canada — a charity encouraging kids and youth in STEM. Kim is the founder of the Girls in STEM Executive Advisory Council and she’s a frequent guest speaker and panelist at industry events and schools. Kim is an instructor in business and writing, and a freelance writer focusing on Indigenous culture and social justice.
