Youth Culture is excited to present its Career Discovery and Essentials Certificate Program under its new Learning Division! This new program allows students to earn a certificate after completing eight (8) Youth Culture Learning Professional Development Workshops and Industry Learning Pods. These workshops and learning pods are designed to give students an opportunity to learn about different industries and paths and tools to reach their personal goals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the opportunities available for youth to build their resumes and skill sets dwindled. Youth Culture aims to solve this problem by providing this opportunity to youth to earn a certificate for learning valuable workplace skills.
So far, workshops include resume writing tips, LinkedIn strategies, interview skills, and how to network with industry professionals and there are more to come. Youth Culture Learning Pods allow students to learn valuable career information from industry professionals. And the best part, all the workshops, and the certificate program are free to break down any barriers one may face!
