Empowering Girls+ with The Power Within
We are thrilled to collaborate with Plan International Canada to deliver the Confident Me program in partnership with youth facilitator Ella. This initiative is part of Plan International Canada’s larger “Power Within” program, which aims to tackle the challenges young people face around self-esteem and self-worth.
We’re proud to highlight Ella, a Youth Culture ambassador who facilitated The Power Within: Confident Me, workshop delivered in collaboration with YC team member Olivia.
Ella helped lead important conversations around, understanding appearance ideals and the pressures behind them, building media literacy to challenge unrealistic images and messages, and strengthening body confidence and self-worth.
Ella’s leadership made a real impact, helping create a safe space where participants could reflect, feel seen, and support each other. Thank you, Ella, for being a voice of encouragement and empowerment!
